Spring 2027 Retreat

A considered pause, away from the everyday

Gather & Resonate is beginning to shape a European retreat: a thoughtfully curated three-day experience in the Balearic Islands, planned for May 2027.

Designed around rest, movement, sound and meaningful connection, the retreat will offer space to step away from everyday demands and settle into a slower rhythm.

The experience is intended to bring together a small group in a calm, beautiful setting, with time for both guided practice and unstructured rest.

The Experience

The retreat is expected to include a carefully balanced programme of:

• Gather & Resonate sound bath experiences;

• gentle movement and yoga;

• complementary wellbeing practices;

• nourishing vegetarian food;

• time to rest, reflect and enjoy the surroundings; and

• opportunities for meaningful connection without pressure or expectation.

I am currently speaking with a small number of experienced wellbeing practitioners whose approach, values and presence feel naturally aligned with Gather & Resonate.

The final programme will be shaped with care around the venue, practitioners and the experience I want to create for guests.
