My Story

Welcome - I'm Paige, founder of Gather & Resonate.

My passion for wellbeing began over a decade ago, leading me to qualify as a Diet & Nutrition Adviser before going on to complete a diploma in Pilates.

Throughout that journey, I became increasingly fascinated by the connection between mind and body, and by the profound difference that creating space to slow down can make to our overall wellbeing.

That curiosity eventually led me to crystal sound baths. Inspired by the calm, stillness and restoration they offer, I trained as an IPHM Accredited Sound Bath Practitioner. In time, that journey naturally evolved into the creation of Gather & Resonate.

In a world that rarely pauses, Gather & Resonate offers a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect and simply be.

Using the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and grounding drum rhythms, each experience is thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful space where you can rest, unwind and reconnect with yourself. There is nothing to achieve, nowhere else to be and no expectation beyond simply allowing yourself the opportunity to pause.

Whether you're joining your very first crystal sound bath or returning for another experience, you'll be welcomed into a calm, supportive environment where you can arrive exactly as you are.

At Gather & Resonate, the focus isn't on documenting the moment – it's on being fully present within it. It's an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, set distractions aside and simply allow yourself to receive the experience.

My hope is that every person who walks through the door leaves feeling a little lighter than when they arrived - more rested, more present and more connected to themselves.
