Thank you for choosing Gather & Resonate.
These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure every experience is safe, enjoyable and respectful for all guests.
By booking or attending a Gather & Resonate experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received your booking confirmation email.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
It is your responsibility to ensure the information provided during booking is accurate and up to date.
If your contact details change before your session, please notify Gather & Resonate as soon as possible.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£GBP).
Gather & Resonate reserves the right to amend prices at any time. Any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
Gather & Resonate is a small business offering experiences with limited capacity.
Once your place has been reserved, it is held exclusively for you and may prevent another guest from booking.
For this reason, all bookings are non-refundable. Bookings are also non-transferable to another date or event, including where you are unable to attend due to illness, travel disruption, work commitments, personal circumstances or any other reason.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to a friend or family member, provided Gather & Resonate is notified before the session begins so the booking details can be updated.
No refunds, credits or date changes will be offered for cancellations, late arrivals or non-attendance.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
4. Changes or Cancellation by Gather & Resonate
While every effort is made to deliver experiences as advertised, Gather & Resonate reserves the right to make reasonable changes to venues, facilitators, session timings or other aspects of an experience where necessary. If Gather & Resonate needs to cancel or significantly reschedule a session, guests will be offered either:
A transfer to an alternative available session; or
A full refund where a suitable alternative cannot reasonably be offered.
Gather & Resonate shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by guests, including travel, accommodation or other associated expenses.
5. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control
Gather & Resonate shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, fire, venue closure, transport disruption, government restrictions, industrial action, public health emergencies, illness, power failures or other unforeseen events.
Where reasonably possible, an alternative session or suitable solution will be offered.
6. Hosted & Collaborative Events
Some Gather & Resonate experiences may be hosted in partnership with third-party venues, organisations or event partners. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, your booking agreement is with Gather & Resonate, who remains responsible for delivering the crystal sound bath experience. Guests attending third-party venues are expected to comply with any reasonable venue rules, health and safety procedures and staff instructions. Gather & Resonate cannot accept responsibility for services, facilities, acts or omissions provided independently by third-party venues or event partners.
Where bookings are made directly through a partner organisation or venue, that organisation's booking process, payment terms or cancellation policy may also apply. Where applicable, these will be made available before booking.
7. Arrival
Please arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before your session begins.
To protect the peaceful and uninterrupted nature of the experience, late arrivals cannot be admitted once the session has started.
Please ensure all mobile phones and smart devices are switched to silent before entering the space.
8. Health & Wellbeing
Your wellbeing and safety are always my priority.
Before booking, please carefully read the Health Information available on the Gather & Resonate website.
By booking and attending, you confirm that:
You have read and understood the Health Information.
You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions where appropriate.
You have sought medical advice where you are unsure whether participation is suitable for you.
Crystal sound bath experiences may not be suitable for everyone, including (but not limited to) individuals who:
Are pregnant.
Have a pacemaker or implanted electronic medical device.
Wear hearing aids or cochlear implants.
Have epilepsy or a history of seizures.
Have certain heart conditions.Have recently undergone surgery.
Are receiving treatment for cancer.
Have severe or unmanaged mental health conditions.
Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
This list is not exhaustive. If you have any medical condition or concern that may affect your ability to participate safely, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before booking.
Crystal sound bath experiences are intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.If you experience discomfort or become unwell during a session, please inform the facilitator immediately.
You are welcome to change position, take a break or quietly leave the room at any time.
Gather & Resonate reserves the right to refuse entry to, or discontinue participation in, any session where it is reasonably believed that doing so is necessary to protect the health, safety or wellbeing of the individual or others attending.
9. Participation
Each guest is responsible for listening to their own body and participating only to the extent they feel comfortable.
You are welcome to adjust your position, take a break or quietly leave the room if required. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards the facilitator, venue staff and fellow participants at all times.
Gather & Resonate reserves the right to ask any guest behaving in a manner that is abusive, threatening, disruptive, discriminatory or unsafe to leave the session immediately.
No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
10. Personal Belongings
Guests attend entirely at their own risk regarding personal possessions.
Gather & Resonate accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought to any session.
11. Photography, Recording & Mobile Devices
To preserve the opportunity to be fully present and to respect the privacy of everyone attending, guests must not take photographs, video recordings or audio recordings during any crystal sound bath experience using personal devices.
Please ensure mobile phones and smart devices are switched to silent before the session begins.
Gather & Resonate may occasionally take photographs or videos before or after an event for promotional purposes. Guests will always be informed beforehand and no identifiable images will be used without their prior consent.
12. Liability
Every reasonable care is taken to provide safe, welcoming and professionally facilitated experiences.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, Gather & Resonate shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at, participation in, or inability to attend a crystal sound bath experience.
Participation is entirely voluntary and guests remain responsible for listening to their own body, making decisions appropriate to their own health and wellbeing, and taking reasonable care of their personal belongings throughout the experience.
13. Privacy
Personal information is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the Gather & Resonate Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read the Privacy Notice.
14. Intellectual Property
All written materials, meditation content, crystal sound bath formats, branding, logos, website content and other materials created by Gather & Resonate remain the intellectual property of Gather & Resonate unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

By completing a booking with Gather & Resonate, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You also confirm that you have read the Health Information and acknowledge the Privacy Notice available on the Gather & Resonate website.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the Gather & Resonate website and will apply to all future bookings.
